At IntimaSeas Cruises, we understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in line with our Passenger Contract. For full details, please review the Passenger Contract. All bookings are subject to these terms, and we recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations by Guests

If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees apply based on the number of days before your scheduled departure. Fees are calculated on the stateroom price (excluding optional add-ons like excursions or packages, which are refunded unless otherwise noted):

• 90 or more days before departure: 30% of stateroom price retained; optional add-ons refunded.

• 89 to 60 days before departure: 50% of stateroom price retained; optional add-ons refunded.

• 59 to 31 days before departure: 75% of stateroom price retained; optional add-ons refunded.

• 30 to 8 days before departure: 100% of stateroom price retained; optional add-ons refunded.

• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% retained; No refunds available.

• No-shows (including delays not caused by ISC-arranged transfers) are treated as cancellations less than 7 days before departure, resulting in full forfeiture.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

You can change your cruise date up to 90 days before departure to any available alternative date. You'll pay any cost difference (if the new date is more expensive) plus a $250 fee per guest. Changes are subject to availability and rates at the time of modification.
 

Flexible Booking Option

If you've purchased our Flexible Booking package, enjoy more flexibility:

• Up to 61 days before departure: Change to any available date with no fee—just pay any cost difference (if applicable).

• 60 to 31 days before departure: Change to any available date by paying any cost difference plus a $250 fee per guest.

• Less than 31 days before departure: Standard cancellation policies apply (see above).

Changes are subject to availability and rates at the time of modification.
 

Additional Notes

• Modifications: Any changes to dates or vessels are priced at the rates in effect at the time of the change.

• Consumer Protections: We comply with EU Directive 2015/2302 (Package Travel Directive) and U.S. consumer protection laws, providing clear information on terms. In cases of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), refunds may be available in accordance with applicable law.

• Recommendations: We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations due to personal reasons, health issues, or other unforeseen events.
